Prep Info

Good to know before your first class

Bring water and a mat

We flow on mat surfaces. Bring a comfortable fitness mat and stay hydrated.

Props and mat towels provided

We have organic towels and supportive sculpt props ready for your dynamic training.

Please arrive 5 minutes early

Arrive a few minutes prior to class to settle in, check-in, and meet our team.

Quick waiver is required

A simple safety liability waiver must be accepted online before checking in to your first class.

Class packs are shareable

Share Class packs with friends and family members. Share the energy.

Rain or shine? Pilates is outdoor-focused.

If we ever have to cancel a Sunday session due to heavy rain or bad weather, your booking is automatically credited toward the next class you schedule. Rest assured, you won't lose your spot or class pass.
